SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared in our ateliers.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Any order placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) is shipped the same day.
After that time, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping methods & delivery times
All shipments are handled by Colissimo:
- France (mainland): 3 to 5 business days
- International: 4 to 10 business days
A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
All international shipments are secured and delivered against signature upon receipt, ensuring safe delivery.
You may also opt for in-person pickup at our Paris showroom, by appointment.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside France may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are independent of Harpe Paris and are determined by the authorities of the destination country.
Tracking & Delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, your parcel will be held for 15 days at your local post office.
After this period, it will be returned to us.
Any reshipment due to an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel will be charged to the customer.
In case of lost or damaged parcels, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be sent by post to the address provided in your customer account.
Return conditions
Items must be:
- in their original packaging
- with their tags attached
- in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
Any incomplete, worn, or damaged item will not be refunded.
The return form is included in your parcel or available in your account:
My account > Return request
It must be completed and included with your return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the return.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Personalized items (altered dresses, made-to-measure, semi-custom, hangers, ribbons, etc.) are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or model:
- return your item for a refund
- place a new order
PAYMENT
All payments are fully secured via our banking partner (CM-CIC).
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
All data is encrypted via SSL protocol.

Our dresses fit true to size.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Measurements are provided for guidance and may slightly vary depending on the model.
